When the initial policy is received, if you are not satisfied with the policy, you may return it to us within ten (10) days of the initial purchase date.
We will cancel the policy and refund the premium in full, as long as you have not filed a claim.

To make first report of a claim or to check the status of a claim:

As a convenience, the following forms are available for filing a claim: Complete your form and mail together with documentation of your claim to Arch Insurance Company, at the address provided in the form.
